Returns Policy


  • Eligibility: Unworn, undamaged necklaces in original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit.
  • Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective (e.g., broken chain, incorrect engraving).
  • Process: Contact support to receive a return authorization (RA) number; ship returns to our China warehouse within 10-20 days of RA approval (return shipping costs borne by the customer).
  • Refunds: Processed within 10-20 days of receiving your return; funds will be credited to your original payment method


    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Thespecific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
