Returns Policy
- Eligibility: Unworn, undamaged necklaces in original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit.
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective (e.g., broken chain, incorrect engraving).
- Process: Contact support to receive a return authorization (RA) number; ship returns to our China warehouse within 14 days of RA approval (return shipping costs borne by the customer).
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return; funds will be credited to your original payment method
